Refund Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for the Titanmind Service, operated by Titanmind (“us”, “we”, or “our”) at https://www.titanmind.so and related mobile applications. The Service enables businesses to create AI-driven marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and webchat.
Subscription and Automatic Renewal
All Titanmind subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, or bank transfer) on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current to avoid service interruptions.
To modify or cancel your subscription, you must do so through your account settings in the Service or by contacting support@titanmind.so at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until that time. No partial refunds or credits are provided for early cancellations.
No-Refund Policy
Titanmind maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscription fees, including monthly, annual, or other plans, unless required by applicable law. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refunded, regardless of whether you use the Service, are dissatisfied, or experience changes in business needs. Exceptions are made only where mandated by law (e.g., under India’s consumer protection regulations or other applicable jurisdictions), evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, submit a written request to support@titanmind.so within 30 days of the payment date, including a valid reason and supporting documentation. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method - strictly at the discretion of Titanmind.
Payment Processing
Payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfers may take 24-48 hours to process. Service access activates only upon payment confirmation. No cancellations or refunds can be initiated during this period. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, including correct GST information at the time of payment. Titanmind is not liable for errors in user-provided details (e.g., incorrect account numbers, VPA IDs, or GST numbers).
For payment issues, such as failed transactions or disputes, contact support@titanmind.so. We will investigate and respond per our internal escalation process, typically within 3-5 business days, though resolution times may vary based on the payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@titanmind.so. Cancellations do not result in refunds, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. Specific payment method policies include:
- UPI and Net Banking: Transactions are final and cannot be cancelled once initiated. For issues (e.g., incorrect VPA ID), contact support@titanmind.so after a 30-minute cooling-off period. We are not liable for user errors in payment details.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Report transaction issues to support@titanmind.so within 30 days. Disputes will be addressed per our internal processes and applicable legal frameworks.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date results in automatic renewal and charging for the next billing cycle, with no refund available.
Invoice Requests
You can download your invoice through the Titanmind dashboard. It is your responsibility to provide accurate GST details at the time of payment. Titanmind will not amend invoices for incorrect or incomplete GST information provided by you.
